"GENERATE" button

Creates a report.

Item Operation List

This report shows the stock leftover at the beginning of the period, inward and outward operations by dates, and the rest of the period's closing stock.

In the "Settings" window select an item and tap "GENERATE". To change settings, tap "Settings". The "Item" field cannot be empty and can not contain group of items.

Stock Turnover Sheet

This report shows the stock of goods at the start, inwards, outwards and closing stock. You can either view all of the items, or choose a specific one. If the field "Item" stays empty, the report is created for all items. You can select either group of items (long tap the group name and choose Select in context menu). If you select a stockroom (group), the report contains only quantities. The option of “Closing stock only” is also available.

Debts

This report shows the debts connected with the purchasing and selling operations. To create it, tap “Debts” in the list of reports, set a time frame and tap "GENERATE". If you do not select a counterpart, the report will include all of them. You can select either group of counterparts (long tap the group name and choose Select in context menu). To change settings, tap the "Settings" title on your screen. The Settings window will appear. Now you can change the period, select another counterpart or group, and also set the “Show a detailed report” flag on. In this case the report is detailed by documents.

Analysis of Sales

The report helps to analyze your sales based on several criteria. It can be created for all sold goods or for a group or separate selected article. You also can choose the data on a selected counterpart (group) or include all counterparts (if none is chosen). There are five columns in the report:

  • Sales Volume shows a total amount of sales of all goods (a selected article) for all counterparts (a selected counterpart)
  • Cost of Goods Sold — the cost of the goods sold is calculated by the method of weighted average.
  • Gross Profit shows the excess of the amount of sales over the cost of the goods sold
  • Margin of Sales is calculated as the ratio of gross profit and sales
  • % in Total — the proportion of the item sales in a total volume of sales.

You can also generate a “short” form (without last two columns). Set the corresponding flags on in "Settings".

Trading, Profit and Loss Account

This report is the main one in the application. It shows the excess of the amount of sales over the purchasing cost of goods sold. A purchasing cost is represented with a traditional formula: Cost of goods sold = Stock at the start + Purchases - Stock at the closure.

Open the report (tap its name). The Settings window will appear. Set a time frame and tap "GENERATE".
